VP Sales – DACH
An international eCommerce platform, providing solutions the global online retail sector. They provide a full range of products and functionalities that allow online retailers to provide a comprehensive and customizable web shop offering alongside providing the tools to effectively manage this. Following a period of significant growth they are now looking for a Munich based, VP Sales Germany to join to help build the German sales force.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans for Germany
- Segment the market identifying key prospects allocating internal resources accordingly
- Set revenue targets for the team and be personally responsible for contributing
- Work closely with partners and agencies to maximize revenue opportunities
- Provide weekly performance updates to the board
- Hire and train new employees
- Build a successful sales culture
Requirements:
- A proven track record of delivering sales revenue within a B2B environment
- Experience working for a high tech/e-commerce organisation
- Excellent people management skills
