Senior Customer Success Manager
This impressive start-up was founded by a couple of entrepreneurs with a vision to provide businesses with scalable advertising solutions via social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. Founded in 2012 they now have 190 people working across 10 international offices and are experiencing unprecedented growth. They are already working with the likes of eBay, Skyscanner, Uber, Deliveroo and many more and they are one of only a few companies to be a badged marketing partner of Facebook.
Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership and responsibility of growing and managing your own target market and develop vertical expertise (e.g. e-commerce, travel, classified, mobile apps, etc)
- Work closely with customers to hone their online marketing strategy and quickly resolve agencies issues including scaling budgets, campaign performance and manual work
- Develop and maintain excellent knowledge and skills for Company tool and Facebook advertising in general so that you’re constantly able to solve customers’ problems & troubleshooting
- Build, manage and develop strong relationships with customers and Facebook
Requirements:
- Have minimum 5+ years of account management experience in B2B SaaS businesses or corresponding agencies, preferably in the online marketing domain
- Experience with Social media marketing, Facebook a huge bonus!
- Have great communication skills to be able explain complex concepts clearly, efficiently and give consultative advices to help customers grow their performance
- Ambitious, outgoing & entrepreneurial with a desire to work in a start-up environment and help drive growth
- Degree educated & have professional spoken and written English and French (fluency in other major languages is a plus but not required).
