Head of Online Marketing
A growing financial services price comparison platform is looking for a Head of Online Marketing to be based from their offices in Stockholm. The company now have 50+ employees and are one of the leaders in this sector primarily providing a loan comparison service to Swedish consumers. They have partnered with most of the major banks in Sweden and so offer the best deals to consumers looking to take out loans. They have doubled their development team in the last year and had the most profitable year since the business was founded in 2011 and in line with their expansion plans they are now looking to hire a Head of Online Marketing to work under the CMO in a team of 3 people.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all digital/online marketing activities in a B2C setting
- Develop Strategy, KPIs and Targeting for Online Marketing (excluding search in SEM and SEO, where responsibility lies in a different role)
- Drive their social media strategy working across all relevant platforms
- Work closely with sales to deliver quality inbound leads and improve conversions
- Develop partnerships with external agencies
- Drive and develop email marketing
- Make decisions based in analysis and data
Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience working within digital marketing, ideally in a B2C setting
- Experience in a high growth tech compony is a plus
- Can-do mentality with eh ability to take initiative and ‘think outside the box’
- Degree educated
- Data based approach to problem solving
